Easy Wonton Lasagna Stacks
- 1 1/4 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 None spring onions, chopped finely
- 2 None large eggs, beaten lightly
- 9 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp finely shredded fresh basil leaves
- 12 None wonton wrappers
- 2 oz pizza cheese
- 2 1/2 cups tomato pasta sauce
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, tomato paste, onions and 1 egg and mix to combine. Shape into 8 patties.
- In a separate medium bowl, combine ricotta, basil and remaining egg.
- Arrange 4 wonton wrappers in a single layer in a shallow baking dish. Top each wrapper with 1 patty. Divide 1/2 of the ricotta mixture between patties then sprinkle with 1/2 of the pizza cheese. Top each stack with 1 remaining wrapper. Repeat layering with remaining patties, ricotta mixture and cheese, finishing with remaining wrappers.
- Pour sauce over lasagna stacks. Bake for 50 mins, or until cooked through and set. Serve warm.
