Salmon And Goat Cheese Pizza

  1. Mix the yeast and sugar together. Place the flour, oil and salt in a mixing bowl. Add the yeast mixture and 1 1/4 cup warm water and knead with the dough hook of a mixer until a smooth dough forms. Cover and allow to rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425u0b0F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Knead the dough again and cut in half. On a floured work surface, roll out each half to a 12 inch circle. Place on the baking sheets.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sour cream and two-thirds of the dill. Season with salt and black pepper. Spread over the pizza dough. Sprinkle over the cheese, peppers, and onions.
  4. Bake the first pizza for 15 minutes. Sprinkle over half the salmon and bake for 5 more minutes. Repeat with the second pizza. Sprinkle with the remaining dill.
