Salsa

  1. Peel, chop and seed tomatoes.
  2. Allow to drain in a colander. Chop onions and peppers (put through food processor).
  3. In large pot over high heat combine all ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, 45 minutes to 1 hour or until thick.
  5. Stir often to prevent sticking.
