Stir Fried Pork And Asian Greens

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan. Stir-fry pork for 2-3 mins. Transfer to a plate.
  2. Add onion, garlic and ginger to wok and stir-fry for 1-2 mins, until tender.
  3. Return pork to wok along with baby bok choy, broccolini, sugar snap peas, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce and lime juice. Stir- fry for 2-3 mins, until greens begin to wilt. Serve sprinkled with cilantro.
