Spaghetti With Meat Sauce

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan on high. Cook vegetables for 5 mins, stirring, until tender and lightly browned. Add ground beef and pancetta or bacon and cook for 5 mins, stirring, until meat browns.
  2. Add wine and bring to boil. Simmer for 5 mins. Add stock and tomato paste and season to taste. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour.
  3. Stir in cream and serve with spaghetti and Parmesan.
