Gluten-Free Muesli

  1. Mix rolled rice, puffed rice, rice bran flakes, pistachios and chopped fruit in a large bowl.
  2. Place flaxseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds in a food processor. Process until lightly crushed. Stir into puffed rice mixture until combined. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  3. Serve 1/2 cup portions of the muesli with fresh fruit and low fat milk or yogurt.
