Mustard Beef Crostini

  1. Combine 1 tbsp mustard and 1 tbsp horseradish in a small bowl. Spread over steaks then chill, covered, until required. Combine remaining mustard and horseradish with sour cream in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 325u0b0F. Arrange crostini in a single layer on 2-3 baking trays. Lightly coat with oil then bake until toasted on both sides.
  3. Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook steaks until seared on both sides and cooked to your liking. Cover, let rest for 5 mins then slice thinly.
  4. Top crostini with spinach, steak and sour cream mixture. Serve immediately.
