Minute Steaks With Warm Vegetable Salad

  1. Mix the steak with the oregano, garlic and 3 tbsp oil. Cover and set aside to marinate.
  2. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a large frying pan, add the potatoes and fry for 8-10 mins until golden and crisp. Turn occasionally. Add the onion, peppers, tomato and sugar to the pan and season. Cook for another 3-4 mins.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a second frying pan over a medium-hot heat. Add the steaks and fry for 1-2 mins on each side. Season to taste. Divide the steak and vegetables among 4 plates and serve.
