Seafood Platter With A Trio Of Sauces
- 1 1/2 lb cooked shrimp
- 16 None oysters
- 7 oz smoked salmon slices
- None None FOR THE SWEET VINEGAR SAUCE
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 None shallots, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- None None FOR THE TOMATO SAUCE
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp horseradish sauce
- None None FOR THE LIME MAYONNAISE
- 1 None lime, zested and juiced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Arrange shrimp, oysters and salmon on a serving platter. Keep well chilled until ready to serve.
- To make the sauces, combine all ingredients for each sauce in 3 separate serving bowls. Serve seafood platter with sauces for dipping.
