Curry Fried Rice With Ham

  1. Cook the rice according to package directions. Cook the broccoli florets in boiling salted water for 1-2 mins. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet on high heat. Add the curry powder and cook 5 seconds. Add the onion and garlic and stir-fry for 2 mins. Add the rice, carrots and bean sprouts and stir-fry for about 5 mins. Add the broccoli and ham.
  3. Mix the soy sauce and sambal oelek until smooth. Add to the fried rice and stir-fry 30 seconds. Season to taste and serve.
