Sausage And Sweet Potato Shepherds Pie

  1. Preheat the oven to 400u0b0F.
  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet on high heat. Cook sausages 2-3 mins, turning, until golden. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
  3. Heat oil in same pan on high heat. Saute onion and celery 3-4 mins. Stir in tomatoes and bring to a boil. Return sausages to skillet. Reduce heat to low and simmer 4-5 mins. Stir in peas and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Divide among four 1 1/2-cup ramekins. Top with a tomato slice and sweet potato mash. Dot with butter. Place ramekins on a baking pan.
  5. Bake 15-20 mins, until golden.
