Rum Cake

  1. Grease and flour tube or Bundt pan.
  2. Preheat oven to 350u0b0. Combine cake mix, sugar, oil, eggs and sour cream.
  3. Blend with electric mixer at low speed until ingredients are moistened.
  4. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in pecans.
  6. Pour half of batter into prepared pan.
  7. Combine cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle over batter.
  8. Pour remaining batter into pan.
  9. Bake 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Remove cake from oven and allow to cool in pan 10 minutes.
  11. While cake is still in pan, pour Rum Sauce over cake and allow to cool 1 1/2 hours before turning out on cake plate.
  12. Serves 12.
