Microwave Greek-Style Beef In Pita

  1. Cut sliced beef into strips, 1 x 2-inches.
  2. Combine oil, green pepper, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper in 8-inch microwave-safe baking dish.
  3. Microwave at High 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
  4. Add beef strips, stirring to combine.
  5. Microwave on High for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
  6. Place equal amount of meat mixture in each pita half.
  7. Sprinkle with tomato and cheese.
