Lamb And Broccoli Stir Fry

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Working in batches, stir-fry lamb for 2-3 mins, until browned. Remove from wok and cover to keep warm.
  2. Add remaining oil to wok. Stir-fry onion and ginger for 2-3 mins, until softened. Add broccoli and cook for 1-2 mins, until just tender. Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, sherry and sugar then add to pan along with lamb. Cook for 1-2 mins, until heated through. Serve with steamed rice.
