Spicy Lamb Salad

  1. Rub spices over lamb and season. Heat 2 tsp oil in a medium frying pan. Cook lamb for 3 mins per side, or until browned and cooked to your liking. Cover and let rest for 5 mins. Slice thinly.
  2. Meanwhile, combine garlic, remaining oil and lemon juice. Season.
  3. Place lamb in a large serving dish along with toasted pita bread, dressing and remaining ingredients. Toss gently to combine.
