Oops Pie

  1. Prepare Jell-O according to package instructions.
  2. Pour half mixture into bowl and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, pour remaining Jell-O into another bowl.
  4. Fold in whipped topping (8 ounces).
  5. Place this bowl in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  6. Back to plain bowl of Jell-O.
  7. Once Jell-O has set up somewhat, add in strawberries and pineapple.
  8. Gently fold in remaining Cool Whip. Pour Jell-O fruit mixture into pie crust.
  9. Once the other mixture has chilled for 15 minutes, remove from refrigerator and pour over 1st layer.
  10. Chill for 4 hours.
