Chicken And Camembert Parcels

  1. Preheat oven 400u0b0F. Lightly grease a baking tray.
  2. Spread mustard over chicken. Top with Camembert and basil. Wrap 1 slice of prosciutto around each piece of chicken. Lay 2 sheets of filo dough on a clean work surface. Lightly coat with oil or butter then fold in half. Top with 1 piece of chicken and wrap up into a parcel. Place on prepared tray and lightly with oil. Repeat with remaining filo and chicken. Sprinkle parcels with sesame seeds and bake for 20-25 mins, until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Serve with baby spinach.
