Chicken And Camembert Parcels
- 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 2 None chicken breast fillets, halved horizontally
- 4.5 oz Camembert cheese, sliced
- 3 tbsp fresh basil leaves
- 4 thin slices prosciutto
- 8 sheets filo dough
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- None None baby spinach, to serve
- Preheat oven 400u0b0F. Lightly grease a baking tray.
- Spread mustard over chicken. Top with Camembert and basil. Wrap 1 slice of prosciutto around each piece of chicken. Lay 2 sheets of filo dough on a clean work surface. Lightly coat with oil or butter then fold in half. Top with 1 piece of chicken and wrap up into a parcel. Place on prepared tray and lightly with oil. Repeat with remaining filo and chicken. Sprinkle parcels with sesame seeds and bake for 20-25 mins, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with baby spinach.
