Pear And Almond Impossible Pie
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 2 cups milk
- 4 None eggs, lightly beaten
- 8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, melted
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 can (15 oz) pear slices, drained and chopped, plus additional to serve
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- None None Powdered sugar, to dust
- None None Whipped cream, to serve
- Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Sift the flour and cinnamon into a large bowl. Stir in the sugar and coconut. Mix the milk, eggs, butter and syrup in a medium bowl. Whisk into the flour mixture. Stir in the pears. Pour into the prepared pie dish. Sprinkle evenly with the almonds.
- Bake for 40-45 mins, or until golden and set. Serve warm or cold, dusted with powdered sugar. Top with additional pear slices and whipped cream.
