Squash Casserole

  1. Cook
  2. squash without salt until tender; drain and mash. Braise onion
  3. and pepper in half of the butter.
  4. Crush 24 Ritz crackers and
  5. add
  6. to
  7. the
  8. squash.tdd
  9. onion
  10. and pepper to square mixture.
  11. Add
  12. grated cheese and mix well.tdd seasonings and mix.
  13. Add
  14. cream
  15. and mix.teat eggs well and add to mixture. Put
  16. in
  17. casseroletish.
  18. Mix
  19. 24 more crushed Ritz crackers with remaining butter (melted) and sprinkle on top of casserole.
  20. Bake in a 300u0b0 oven for 50 minutes or until light brown.
  21. This makes one large or 2 small casseroles.
