Triple Chocolate Cookies
- 8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, chopped
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 None egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup self-rising flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped raisins
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Grease 3 baking pans.
- Beat the butter, vanilla extract, brown sugar and egg in large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in the sifted dry ingredients, then the raisins and all the chocolate. Drop level tablespoons of mixture 2 inches apart on prepared pans.
- Bake the cookies for about 10 mins. Cool in pans 5 mins. Remove from pans; cool completely on wire rack.
