Chili Beef And Vegetables With Noodles

  1. Combine garlic, sauces, chili pepper, sugar, lemon grass and cilantro in large bowl. Add beef; turn to coat. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
  2. Place noodles in medium heatproof bowl; cover with boiling water. Let stand until just tender; drain.
  3. Heat oil in wok on high heat. Stir-fry beef mixture, in batches, until browned all over. Remove beef from wok. Add onions to wok; stir-fry until onions are lightly browned.
  4. Add snow peas, bok choy, tomatoes, noodles and beef mixture to wok; cook, stirring, until heated through.
  5. Serve sprinkled with additional cilantro leaves, if desired.
