Everything Pizza Tarts
- 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 2 tbsp sun-dried tomato pesto
- 2.5 oz sliced mild salami
- 3.5 oz shaved ham
- 6 None button mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 3.5 oz roasted red peppers, sliced
- 2 oz pitted kalamata olives, halved lengthwise
- 1 oz grated mozzarella cheese
- 3-4 sprigs fresh basil leaves
- None None mixed greens, to serve
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0F. Line 2 large baking trays with parchment paper. Place puff pastry on prepared trays. Spread pesto over top, leaving a 1 inch border. Roll up edges to make 2 round pizzas.
- Divide salami, ham, mushrooms, peppers and olives over pizzas then top with mozzarella. Bake for 25 mins, or until pastry is golden brown and crisp. Top with basil. Serve with salad.
