Baked Fish Steaks With Tahini

  1. Preheat the oven to 400u0b0F. Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook the onion, covered, stirring occasionally, for about 15 mins or until very soft and lightly browned.
  2. Place the fish in a single layer, in an oiled shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine the tahini with lemon juice in a small bowl and stir with a fork until smooth. Drizzle the tahini mixture over the fish then top with the onion mixture.
  3. Bake, uncovered, for about 20 mins or until the fish is just cooked. Serve the fish with lemon wedges and sprinkle with parsley.
