Franks And Beans

  1. Heat a large nonstick frying pan over high heat. Cook sausages, turning, for 10-12 mins, until well browned and cooked through. Let cool slightly then slice.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large saucepan over high heat. Saute onion for 1-2 mins, until tender. Add baked beans and tomatoes. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 mins. Add maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce and chili sauce. Reduce heat to low and add sausages. Simmer for 5 mins. Season to taste.
  3. Garnish with parsley and serve with toast on the side.
