Mexican Casserole

  1. Cook and brown meat; drain.
  2. Stir in soups and Ro-Tel tomatoes, simmering for about 15 minutes, with occasional stirring to prevent sticking.
  3. In medium size cake pan, semi-crush enough Doritos to layer entire bottom of pan.
  4. Over top of Doritos, pour ingredients that have been simmering.
  5. Spread evenly over Doritos. Using the remaining Doritos from bag, semi-crush them and sprinkle over top of mixture in pan.
  6. Spread shredded cheese evenly over top of Doritos.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 until cheese is melted.
  8. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
