Strawberry French Toast

  1. Whisk together eggs, sugar and vanilla. Whisk in milk.
  2. Heat butter and oil together in a medium frying pan over high heat. Dip each slice of bread into egg mixture to coat then cook for 2-3 mins per side, or until crisp and golden. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining bread.
  3. Meanwhile, toss strawberries and rose water together. Spread jam over toast then cut in 1/2 diagonally. Top with strawberry mixture and yogurt. Dust with powdered sugar to serve.
