Irish Bran Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a circular hole in the middle and add buttermilk while mixing it with the flour in a circular motion.
  3. Continue doing this until all is formed into a cake of dough.
  4. Remove from the bowl.
  5. Shake some flour on the counter and knead a little with hands.
  6. Then form into a circle or round ball and flatten out a little.
  7. Cut into four quarters and place on a floured pan.
  8. When oven has reached 400u0b0, put bread in it and bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove from pan and let cool.
  10. Then enjoy a delicious slice of Irish Bran Bread coated with butter!
