Roasted Chicken Drumsticks With Blueberry Chutney

  1. Heat the blueberries, onion, sugar, vinegar, mustard, cloves and thyme in a saucepan. Season to taste, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for about 15 mins, stirring several times. Transfer the chutney to jars and refrigerate.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Rub the drumsticks with paprika and season to taste. Put them on a drip pan and roast for 35-40 mins. Cool them, then wrap the ends with kitchen twine and bind them with parchment paper. Serve garnished with lime slices and the chutney on the side.
