Mini Pizzas With Gorgonzola And Pear

  1. In a pan, gently heat the milk so that it is just warm, then add the yeast. Sieve the flour into a bowl with the sugar and salt. Stir in the milk and sunflower oil and mix in a food processor, using a dough hook, or with your hands to create a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 20 mins. Meanwhile, mix half the Gorgonzola with the sour cream and the egg, then drizzle the pears with the lemon juice.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll them out on a floured work surface to create 4 circular pizza crusts, each about 5 inches in diameter. Lift the pizza crusts onto a greased baking sheet, then brush with olive oil and dust the edges with a little flour. Spread with the cheese, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edge. Distribute the pear slices on top of the cheese, then dot with the remaining Gorgonzola. Finally, sprinkle with walnuts. Bake in a preheated oven at 400u0b0F for 20-25 mins. Garnish with radicchio and basil leaves to serve.
