Honey-Glazed Chicken With Green And Red Pasta Salad
- 12 small chicken drumsticks, scored
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup honey, warmed
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

- 14 oz rotini pasta
- 2 cups small broccoli florets
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 8 oz cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1/3 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Combine the cumin, paprika, garlic powder, honey and oil in a medium bowl. Place chicken in a roasting pan. Drizzle with honey mixture; turn to coat. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate, turning occasionally, for 2 hours to marinate.
- Preheat the oven to 400u0b0F. Bake the chicken, turning occasionally, for 40 mins or until glazed and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, for the pasta salad, cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water for 8 mins. Add the vegetables. Boil for 3 mins more or until the pasta is tender. Drain. Refresh under cold water, then drain again. Transfer to a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Season.
- Serve the chicken with pasta salad.
