Honey-Glazed Chicken With Green And Red Pasta Salad

  1. Combine the cumin, paprika, garlic powder, honey and oil in a medium bowl. Place chicken in a roasting pan. Drizzle with honey mixture; turn to coat. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate, turning occasionally, for 2 hours to marinate.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400u0b0F. Bake the chicken, turning occasionally, for 40 mins or until glazed and cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, for the pasta salad, cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water for 8 mins. Add the vegetables. Boil for 3 mins more or until the pasta is tender. Drain. Refresh under cold water, then drain again. Transfer to a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Season.
  4. Serve the chicken with pasta salad.
