Fusilli With Sausage, Mushrooms And Cherry Tomatoes

  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook sausages for 4-5 mins, until browned. Add mushrooms and garlic. Cook for 2-3 mins, until softened. Add tomatoes and stock. Season. Cook for 5 mins, until reduced slightly.
  3. Increase heat to high. Add pasta, parsley and cream and toss to coat. Serve topped with Parmesan.
