Seafood Casserole
- 1/2 lb. shrimp, chopped to bite size
- 2 pkg. crab meat, shredded (approximately 24 oz.)
- 1 kamaboko, slivered
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 boiled egg, chopped
- 1 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 2 c. nappa, cut 1/4 inch
- 2 c. diced boiled potato
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. green onion, chopped fine
- may add green pepper for color
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- paprika for garnish
- 1 medium can onion rings
- In a large
- bowl, mix first twelve ingredients, seasoning it with blacktepper.
- Placethe
- mixture
- into
- a
- 9
- x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Garnish
- with
- paprika.
- Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes.
- Top
- it
- with
- atan of onion rings and return it to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
