  1. Preheat the oven to 400u0b0F. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
  2. Combine powdered sugar, ground almonds, flour and cocoa in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk egg whites in a separate bowl until foamy. Fold into dry ingredients with melted butter, mixing until just combined. Spoon into prepared pan. Sprinkle with nuts.
  4. Bake for 20-25 mins, until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on a wire rack. Dust top with powdered sugar.
