Marinated Italian Beans

  1. Wash beans, trim ends and string.
  2. Place beans in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
  3. Add water.
  4. Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap and microwave at High for 12 to 14 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring after 6 minutes.
  5. Let stand covered 2 minutes.
  6. Drain.
  7. Combine dressing and remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
  8. Stir well.
  9. Pour mixture over beans, cover and refrigerate 6 to 8 hours.
  10. Serves 6.
