Plum Tarts With Honey Mascarpone
- 2 None refrigerated pie crusts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 6 None plums, pitted and sliced
- 3 tbsp cold butter, chopped
- None None FOR THE HONEY MASCARPONE
- 1 tub (8 oz) mascarpone cheese
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp mixed spice, such as pumpkin pie spice
- Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Lightly grease a baking pan. Cut four 5-inch rounds from pie crusts. Place on prepared pan. Fold over a 1/4-inch border around each edge, pressing firmly with a fork to seal.
- Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle half evenly over pastry rounds. Arrange plum slices over each round. Sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture and dot with butter.
- Bake for 10 mins. Reduce oven temperature to 325u0b0F. Bake for 15-20 mins, until mixture bubbles and begins to caramelize. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
- For the honey mascarpone, whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl. Spoon a dollop onto each tart to serve.
