Sesame Twists With Green Olive Dip
- 3 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 2 tbsp sesame oil + extra, to drizzle
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 13 oz ricotta cheese
- 8.75 oz green olives, pitted
- 5.25 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 None spring onion, finely chopped
- 1 None red chili, finely chopped
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper. Brush puff pastry with sesame oil. Combine Parmesan, sesame seeds and poppy seeds. Sprinkle over top. Cut into 3/4 inch strips then shape into twists. Transfer to prepared trays and bake for 15 mins, or until golden.
- Meanwhile, process ricotta, olives, feta and garlic until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with spring onion, chili and lemon zest. Drizzle with sesame oil. Serve with twists.
