Tandoori Chicken Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0F. Grease 2 baking trays.
  2. Combine chicken, tandoori paste, lemon juice and half the yogurt in a medium bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour to marinate.
  3. Heat oil in a large pan over moderate heat. Cook chicken for 2-3 mins each side, or until cooked through. Remove from pan. Cool slightly and slice thickly.
  4. Place naan bread on prepared trays. Spread with chutney and top with chicken, peppers, raisins, almonds and cheese. Bake for 10-12 mins, or until bases are crisp. Sprinkle with cilantro.
  5. Serve pizza topped with remaining yogurt.
