Maple Cheesecake Tarts
- 8 oz graham crackers, broken
- 8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, melted
- 2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 None eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup maple syrup, plus additional, to serve
- 2 tsp flour
- None None Whipped cream, to serve
- Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Lightly grease eight 4-inch tart pans with removable bottoms.
- Place graham crackers in a food processor; process to fine crumbs. Add butter; process to combine. Divide mixture evenly among tart pans, pressing firmly to line bottom and sides. Place on a baking pan.
- Bake for 10 mins. Cool. Reduce oven temperature 325u0b0F.
- Combine cream cheese and sugar in food processor; process until smooth. Add eggs, maple syrup and flour; process until well blended. Pour evenly into prepared pans.
- Bake 15-20 mins, until just set and slightly wobbly in centers. Cool to room temperature; refrigerate overnight. Serve with dollops of whipped cream and additional maple syrup.
