Maple Cheesecake Tarts

  1. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Lightly grease eight 4-inch tart pans with removable bottoms.
  2. Place graham crackers in a food processor; process to fine crumbs. Add butter; process to combine. Divide mixture evenly among tart pans, pressing firmly to line bottom and sides. Place on a baking pan.
  3. Bake for 10 mins. Cool. Reduce oven temperature 325u0b0F.
  4. Combine cream cheese and sugar in food processor; process until smooth. Add eggs, maple syrup and flour; process until well blended. Pour evenly into prepared pans.
  5. Bake 15-20 mins, until just set and slightly wobbly in centers. Cool to room temperature; refrigerate overnight. Serve with dollops of whipped cream and additional maple syrup.
