Lamb Kofta With Chili Tomato And Yogurt Sauce

  1. Combine lamb, onion, garlic, spices, herbs and egg in a large bowl. Divide into 18 portions then mold each around skewers to form sausage shapes.
  2. Preheat grill and oil grates. Grill kofta until browned on both sides and cooked to your liking.
  3. Meanwhile, to make the yogurt sauce, combine yogurt and parsley in a small bowl.
  4. To make the chili tomato sauce, combine ketchup and chili sauce in a small bowl.
  5. Serve kofta with pita bread, yogurt sauce and chili tomato sauce.
