Glazed Pork And Watercess Salad

  1. Preheat broiler. Combine honey, tamarind paste, ginger and garlic. Coat pork with 1/3 of mixture in a medium bowl. Grill pork until browned all over and cooked to your liking. Cover and let rest for 10 mins. Slice thickly.
  2. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients with 1/2 the remaining honey mixture in a medium bowl. Drizzle pork with remaining honey mixture. Serve with salad.
