Mixed Berry Baked Cheesecake

• 8 oz chocolate wafer cookies
• 6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter, melted
• 2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 None eggs
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 1 tbsp flour
• 1 1/2 cups mixed berries

1. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Grease and line a 12 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, extending paper above long sides for handles.
2. Process cookies until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add butter; process until just combined. Press mixture into bottom of prepared pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
3. Beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice in large bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs, sour cream and flour; beat until combined. Spread cream cheese mixture over cookie crust. Sprinkle with berries.
4. Bake 35-40 mins. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate until firm.
