Ramen Noodle Salad
- 2 pkg. Ramen noodles (find these in Oriental food section; I use the chicken flavor)
- 1/2 c. oil (Sunflower or Puritan)
- 1/2 sugar
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1 bag cole slaw (large bag for 30)
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 c. slivered almonds
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped fine
- parsley (optional)
- green peppers (optional)
- Mix oil, sugar, vinegar with seasoning packaged in Ramen noodles.
- Set aside noodles. Combine cole slaw, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds and green onions. Just before serving, add dressing and broken up uncooked noodles.
- Add parsley and/or green peppers if desired.
- Enjoy......This will feed a small group or large depending on how much cole slaw you use.
- Even good the next day, if any is left!
