Thai Turkey Fried Rice

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry onion for 2-3 mins, until tender. Add sugar, chilies, garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for 1 min, or until mixture is fragrant and sugar has dissolved. Add pepper, beans and lime leaves. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins, or until vegetables are just tender. Mix in rice, turkey, fish sauce and teriyaki sauce. Stir-fry for 2-3 mins, until heated through. Stir in basil.
  2. Spoon into serving bowls and sprinkle with extra basil leaves. Serve with lime wedges.
