Banana And Hazlenut Yogurt Ice Cream With Peaches

  1. Place bananas chunks in a bowl, add the lemon juice and vanilla extract. Puree with a hand mixer (or a hand mixer). Add the yogurt and ground hazelnuts and mix well. Pour into a metal bowl and leave for 2-3 hours in the freezer until set. Approximately every half hour, stir well with a whisk, so the mixture stays creamy.
  2. When set, scoop the ice cream and serve with peach and banana slices arranged on a plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon and chopped hazelnuts. Garnish with lemon balm, if using.
