Warm Summer Salad With Minute Steaks

  1. Coat steaks with oregano, garlic and 3 tbsp oil. Cover and set aside to marinate.
  2. Heat remaining oil in a large frying pan. Saute potatoes for 8-10 mins, until golden and crisp. Add onion, peppers, tomatoes, sugar and vinegar. Season and cook for 3-4 mins.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a second frying pan over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 1-2 mins per side. Season. Distribute steaks and vegetables between 4 serving plates. Serve.
