Cabbage And Chicken

  1. In a paper or plastic bag, mix flour, seasoned salt and celery seed.
  2. Coat chicken legs a few pieces at a time and coat.
  3. Heat oil in a large frying pan; add chicken and cook turning until brown, about 10 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a large baking dish. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  5. In the same pan, cook onion until tender. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, apples, caraway seed, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add cabbage and mix well.
  7. Spoon mixture over chicken.
  8. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour, until chicken is tender.
  9. Remove foil; sprinkle cheese over chicken.
  10. Return to oven for about 5 minutes to melt cheese.
