Cappuccino Puddings

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Lightly grease 4 coffee cups.
  2. Combine flour, granulated sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Set aside. In a small saucepan, combine milk, butter, chocolate and 1/4 cup cocoa powder. Stir over low heat for 2-3 mins, until smooth then add to dry ingredients along with egg. Distribute between coffee cups and smooth tops.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine coffee, 1/4 cup water and remaining butter, brown sugar and cocoa. Stir over low heat for 2-3 mins, until smooth. Pour hot mixture evenly over puddings. Bake for 20-25 mins until firm. Let cool for 5 mins then top with whipped cream and dust with cocoa powder.
  4. Serve immediately.
