Braised Lamb Sausage And Beans

  1. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over high heat. Cook sausages for 3 mins, or until browned. Add onion and carrot. Cook for 5 mins, or until soft. Add tomatoes, green beans, crumbled bouillon cube and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 5 mins, or until sausages are cooked. Add cannellini beans and cook for 2 mins, or until heated.
  2. Stir in parsley and season to taste. Serve with crusty bread.
