Marzetti
- 1 green pepper
- 1 large onion
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 3 lb. hamburger
- 1 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 lb. egg noodles
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- Saute in a frying pan with a little oil the green pepper, celery and onion.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package directions.
- Cook the hamburger and drain.
- Combine soups and salt and pepper.
- Combine all ingredients together, pouring into the soup mixture, except for the cheese.
- Mix together and pour in a greased baking dish.
- Add the Cheddar cheese on top of mixture. Cover with foil.
- Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350u0b0.
- Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes so the top will brown.
- Very good!
