Chorizo And Thyme Farfalle

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Heat the oil in a separate saucepan and fry the chorizo, turning, until browned. Add the zucchini and garlic and cook for 1 min. Season with black pepper. Add the thyme, wine, tomato sauce, cream, olives and a pinch of sugar and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 mins. Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Serve garnished with thyme.
